​Rooted Connections focuses on the topic of permaculture through the lens of Nesin Villages and the Nesin Foundation—two socially and physically distinct structures that exist under the same roof. It offers a micro-scale perspective on many pressing issues that remain relevant today and will continue to be so in the future, including self-sustaining communities, child-rearing, the food crisis, and waste management.
